Of course, we're going to go into salmon and other mega threes and supplements. We are gonna go into some fun ways that you can add this into your diet in such creative ways.

Salmon Patties Recipe: (for one or share pair with your favorite vegetable or salad)
Ingredients:
Canned salmon or a packet of salmon (I like to get the ones that
have bone-in and skin on them - wild-caught)
1 egg
2 tbsp of chopped onion
½ cup of flax seeds
½ tsp of salt and pepper
½ tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of mayo
1 tsp of lemon juice
Directions:
Mix and mash all together and roll into patties
Heat bottom of a pan with avocado oil on medium to high heat
Place patties in pan and flip until crisp
Serve with Sauce
Turmeric Apple Mayo Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp of mayo
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
½ tsp of turmeric, black pepper, salt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
¼ of apple diced
1 tbsp of chopped onion
1 tsp of fish sauce
Sauce Directions:
Mix above until blended then pour over salmon patties.
