Olivia is the Education Coordinator for Vital Proteins and is a self-proclaimed 'nutrition junkie' who believes whole-heartedly that food is medicine. She received her Bachelors of Science with Honors in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Western Ontario and her Masters in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition from the University of Western States. She has been with Vital Proteins since 2018 and she is super passionate about educating people on the benefits of collagen.
